First Name field is showing title/salutation drop-down list

First Name field is showing title/salutation drop-down list

I am attempting to customise Zoho CRM fields and field layout. At present the "First Name" field is showing the list of title options (Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, etc.) instead of appearing as a standard text field. I can see no way of editing this.

Any ideas?
