We are a Spanish company very surprised by the fact that ZOHO CRM does not have a field in the Accounts, Quote and Invoices for the "Fiscal Identification Number (FIN)" or VAT number.
This is an absolute MUST for all companies operating in Spain and in many EU countries. Any company that wants to sell goods or services needs one. The number is given by the tax authorities when you incorporate the company and it is a unique identification number.
We propose that ZOHO CRM incorporates a field for the FIN or VAT number like it does for the address and number. This number should then appear automatically in all quotes and invoices for that Account.
