I have been using Zoho CRM now for 2 years. During that time, I have submitted bug reports as well as suggestions. While most of the bugs that impede operation do usually get fixed, the smaller bugs and suggestions usually don't.
I understand, that every company has limited resources, but I wish that Zoho would take some of its resources it uses to create more and more modules and fix even the small (but annoying) bugs, and implement user suggestions.
Just my two cents worth ...
