Fix for Zoho VO 3.2 Updates

Dear VO Users,

If you have upgraded from its earlier versions to Zoho VO 3.2 and try to apply updates on Zoho VO 3.2, then you will get an "Incompatibility error message". To troubleshoot this issue and continue with the installation, you may have to apply the Fix for Zoho VO 3.2 Updates before installing any updates for Zoho VO 3.2.

To apply this fix, perform the following steps:

1. Shutdown Zoho Virtual Office Service

2. Download a fix for installing the updates for 3.2 from the following URL:
bonitas.adventnet.com/vo/11Apr2006/Zoho_Virtual_Office_Fix_Patch.zip

3. Extract this Zoho_Virtual_Office_Fix_Patch.zip file into the .../AdventNet/Zoho/VirtualOffice folder

4. While extracting, it would ask you whether to overwrite the existing file. Click on Yes to overwrite the file.

5. After doing this, install/apply the any updates or service packs on Zoho VO 3.2 using UpdateManager
