Flag in Zoho when contact or lead is member of lists in MailChimp?

Hi, is there a way I can have a flag in the Lead or Contact record in Zoho CRM, that says whether the record matches a name or email in one of my MailChimp lists? I'm looking for a dynamic link that updates as new people sign up in MailChimp rather than, say, a one-off data comparison exercise. Many thanks! Kevin
