Flat Project Fee vs. Hourly Rate

Flat Project Fee vs. Hourly Rate

Hello!

I am new to Zoho Invoice and am still learning my way around, but I have looked everywhere and cannot figure out how to invoice for flat project/item fees rather than an hourly rate.  I complete work on both an hourly and project basis. Can someone please let me know how to do this?
