I am using Zoho plugin for Microsoft Outlook and I assign email to be sent to Zoho using the plugin ribbon button labeld "Add Email" (because I don't want all my email going to zoho through office365 integration).  

1)   I have certain contacts that will be actively working with me on multiple deals.  It seems odd that I can't "Add email" to Zoho and assign it to a particular deal.  I can only assign it to the contact that the email was sent by.  What if that contact is working on multiple deals?

2) I have deals that I have multiple contacts that send me email regularly concerning a particular deal.  Sometime these contacts are from different companies.  It seems like a big shortcoming that I cannot "Add email" to a particular deal in this case.  Yes, it can be associated with the contact who sent it as well, but it is nearly worthless to me if I can't see all the emails associated with a particular deal (regardless of who sent them to me).

Both of the issues above are solved by being able to associate an email to a deal, regardless of the sender.  I am missing something here?  It seems like this would be an obviously needed feature but I see nowhere in zoho documentation that says  can be done.
