I have made this suggestion /comment over several years and always come back to it in the hope the developers will do something about it.
The original ZOHO had only one Street Address in the Account & Contact Templates. By using the set-up & adding 2nd Street to the Billing Address to cope with longer addresses, it should allow for this data to flow thro to the Shipping address when clicking on the copy over function.
It does not copy!
Also when adding a contact to a new Account the address data flows through EXCEPT the 2nd Street address!
This still is annoying as it was when I first used ZOHO several years ago and with a very large database it remains an issue. If there has been a tweak to the code that fixed it I have not heard about it.
