Flow working after lead deletion

Flow working after lead deletion

Hello,

I have a flow set up that checks the status of a lead after a 4 hour delay and then emails the results. I've found that if you create the lead and delete it then the flow will still happen. Didn't know if this was a bug or I'm doing something wrong?
