I am wondering if I am missing something. Within the CRM Documents if I create a folder (A) and a second folder (B), but now decide that B should be a sub-folder of A, I can't see how to move folders.
Additionally, I can't seem to move documents across top level folders, I can move them anywhere within the the top level folder, but not outside of it to another folder.
This seems like such a basic function that I am hoping I am just missing how to do that.
Additionally, once a file is attached to a record, there is no way to directly link to an editable version of the document. Although the document is updatable through the documents interface, all you can do is note the file name and then go search for it in the document's tree.
Can anyone set me on the right path?
