Folders and Mail Missing
Hello,
I recently downgraded from Business Mail to a free account, removing all domain-based emails from being associated with my Zoho email address. After deleting my organization in the Mail Control Panel, all my created folders and all previous emails disappeared from my inbox and respective folders on my Zoho account. I never intended for my Zoho email address to be affected by this.
