I have noticed that the 'Save and Create Follow-Up Task' within the call module is ONLY present when you log it from Activities > + Call. However, often we will be logging calls from within the 'Deal' or 'Account Modules, where you have the smaller call pop-up window. In that call module, they do NOT have a "Follow-Up" Option to select.
Is there any way to activate this or is it just not a current feature? If it is not a current feature, I highly suggest Zoho makes it one because Follow-ups are going to be very essential no matter which module we are logging from.
