Follow up calls with CRM

Follow up calls with CRM

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know if we can follow up our calls with the CRM. I watched some videos on YouTube but in vain.

What I mean by follow up, is to know: how many calls I passed today/this week/this month and throughout all the calls (of leads) I did, how many of them have I achieved to convert into "customers"?
It would be nice for example to know this... Let's say I called today 25 leads and 5-6 of them wanted our services so they became customers.

If anybody knows, thanks in advance for your help!
