I am copying text from various places (Word docs, Google docs, emails using Outlook 2016) and after the text is copied into an email (UTC-8 formatting), numerous line breaks and font changes occur.

I have tried removing the formatting from the destination, which did not work. I also tried to change the destination text to the exact same format, font, size and everything to match the Zoho email. But this did not work either.

It's quite frustrating because it makes emails look really unprofessional when there are randomly line breaks everywhere, separating links to other documents or just breaking the sentence structure so that it no longer makes any sense.

Please tell me what I can do to help with this problem.

I will attach a screenshot of the issue to help out with the issues highlighted in yellow. Please compare the two documents to each other:

1) New Mail - Google Doc ( james@drivemada.com) is the one i am copying the text FROM

2) New Mail - Zoho Mail ( james@drivemada.com) is the one i am copying the text TO
