While I like the functionality of Zoho, the font weight and color are a challenge to read. The light grey sans serif is popular/modern, but it seems like it was designed by folks with perfect eyes for other people with perfect eyes. 

The products I use are ZohoCRM, Zoho Sales IQ (primarily the desktop app,) and Zoho Desk. Zoho Calendar has a great weight and color and is easy to read.
