I have a problem with polish special characters. Whichever encoding I choose, Windows+1250 or ISO-8859-1, I have problems viewing them after send or receive. Instead of special characters, I always get '?' mark. 

The characters: ą, ę, ł, ń, ó ż

I use Chrome on windows 7 and 8 for accessing Zoho mail. When I send email from my phone, using mail application (K-9 via IMAP), all is being sent correct. 

What is causing this? I tried on both UK and PL regional settings on both windows systems, without luck. I tried changing encoding in Zoho mail settings but without luck as well.
