SImply put, I NEVER use any date format except for MM/dd/yyyy. When importing leads (or any module) It LOVES to put my format to dd/MM/yyy for me and I have to change it manually each time.

How can I force all my dates to use the format I want of MM/dd/yyyy every time I import, unconditionally?
