I wish the mail merge feature would allow us to use the Chrome Browser instead of forcing us to go with MS Internet Explorer and MS Word or Office. I do not use any of those products and I find this a major impediment to using ZOHO CRM. Since the link with Google apps and mail is neatly engineered, it seems only natural that the mail merge feature should work with Chrome. I use Open Office and Word Perfect and would be happy to pay a fee for mail merge to function with one or both of those programs. IE is history.
