Forecast / Sales Chart / Other ?s


Thinking of signing up for Zoho but need some answers first. Had a demo set-up for this morning and never heard back from anyone since my questions could not be answered on the phone yesterday afternoon...
 
Question 1
Is it possible to customize chart reports? I need to be able to graph a report that takes into account the potential forecast vs. actual sales $. The report can be either a bar graph that shows the forcast and then fills in when sales are made or it can be a line graph that shows a base line (forecast $) with another line that represents sales $.
 
A sales report that only shows a record count as a bar graph does not really tell you anything...
 
Did find something that says to read the "managing sales forecasting" section but we were unable to locate that info in the user guide.
 
Question 2
When a "potential" reaches 100%, we consider it a sale and don't need it in the pipeline any more... When we tried to "ommit" it in forecasting, nothing happend. Can you remove 100% potentials from the pipeline reports since they have become sales?
 
Question 3
We sell a service (example: Payroll & HR) and only have a couple products (example: Time Clocks)... Can quotes and sales orders be customized in the product/unit area?
 
Question 4
Once we sell a "potential", we don't need to see them in the "potential tab" any more since we do not sell them over and over again. How can you make a sold potential disappear from "potentials" and only show as an account?
