I am using Zoho CRM for managing our leads. I have set up the financial year to begin from April. Now when I select Q4 forecast (Jan - Apr), it is picking my potentials records with closing date from Jan - April 2009 instead of Jan - April 2010. The only way I can see the Jan - Apr 2010 in my forecast is when I select Q4 of 2010 but is showing Jan 2011 and showing Jan 2010 entries in it, which is wrong.
Can someone tell me if there is something that I am missing?
