Problem 1:
The actual value of the Forecast Type is not updating (all shows Open) according to the Stage-Mapping configuration (OPEN, Closed Won, Close Lost) and therefore, we are not able to get any data filtered with Forecast Type, other than the 'Open'.
Problem 2:
In addition to that, the Win Rate % built-in formula is not matching the Forecast Type. For example, the formula condition looks for Forecast Type 'Won' whereas the CRM writes the Forecast Type, either 'Open', 'Closed Lost' or 'Closed Won'
