When I click on the "Setup" link in the upper right hand corner of my Zoho CRM instance I am able to see all of the CRM Modules that I can administer as an Administrator. However, the Forecasting Module does not show up as a module at all even though it is a Tab on my menu. Why is that? Am I not able to administer, edit and customize the Forecasting module? I can use the Forecasting module and it is a visible feature but I just can't administer or edit it.

 

Also, I had a client ask if the management team can be the only ones to set the Quotas for the sales team within the Forecasting module and not let each individual sales rep set their own quota (or even edit it). They want it to be a read-only function for the reps. Is this possible?

 

Without even having access to administer/edit the Forecasting module I had no way of figuring this out on my own. Please help! Thank you and make it a great day!
