ZOHO TEAM IMMEDIATE FIX IS NEEDED!!!!!

There has been ongoing problems with the forecast module and how it works, most recently reported here

 

About 2 weeks ago, I notified Zoho that I lost the ability to see my forecasts, I saw them but with no monthly data.  As a manager even though the forecast module was weak at best I would manage the company wide forecast by all potentials and not by individual rep.  They or course did not manage their own forecasts due to the problems noted in the other post about it not rolling to the manger.

 

Today I have been advised by ZOHO that quote:

Dear Steve,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Our development team has made an update on the Forecast module last week. As per current configuration, every user can view only his potentials regardless of the role. Every user can create their own forecast for the same quarter.

Let me know for any clarifications.

The failure for the forecast module to be controlled and rolled up to the manager/owner is a MAJOR flaw and the changes that have been made have made the forecast module even more USELESS.

 

This issue needs to be addressed as it is a basic function of a CRM program, I would suggest unless others have found a work around I am not aware of that you ROLL BACK the changes made untill such time that ZOHO can commit to a proper Forecast Module that has been outlined for years in posts.

 

Any comments are welcomed and if you agree please also post that may be the only way to get things fixed.
