Hi,

I added my domain jawallogics.com in zoho mail and created 3 email ids.

Two email ids working fine. But one is not working( sales@jawallogics.com).

When loging time coming "Inactive" error message.

What is the problem?

Also I forgot my super admin email id(I think my client is deleted that)
