I have created an account with the domain pickndel.in. I am being able to log in to other mail ids such as bibhujjal@pickndel.in, supriyo@pickndel.in but i forgot the username of the superuser and password. Need help

Whenever i tried forgot password for support@pickndel.in but it says account is inactive.
