forgot password bug

Hello,

I see a problem with forgot password window.

I have an old zoho account and I use only related with my zoho email.

For unknown problems my pass stopped to work and I decide to clean it up and change.

I have my back up codes, my Google authenticator, and I also give Zoho my mobile phone.

But when I click on forgot password (goes to https://accounts.zoho.com/password?service_language=en&servicename=ZohoHome) the only choice I got is to write my email


How can I clean up my password if you send the instructions to the account I can't log in?

I don't have any other email registered.

Why I only have my zoho email registered?

Because I already give you my mobile phone to receive sms, and I already have my backup card with codes for TFA.

Please help.


I have to open another account just to write this.

Also, my zoho account have another domains associated and I need to manage.
