Forgot password & security Q doesn't work

Hi,

I have forgotten my password.

When I request for an email to be sent to my alternative email address it sends an email but the security question doesn't work (maybe I never filled it out?).

Fortunately I am logged in to my account on one device but I cannot access emails on my phone right now so it's a very big problem.

I have already sent several emails to support and I also spent a long time on the phone to support yesterday but this has still not been resolved.

Please help!
