Hi, set up a business hosting account for a domain I control recently. Have set up a number of emails and passwords but I've either forgotten or written down the password for the main superuser account.
I can login to all the other email accounts but they don't provide access to the control panel.
I've asked for a password reset but the system can't do that as I can't access the account to process the password reset.
There is an email listed to contact for further information but it's getting bounced back - support@zohoaccount.com
Any idea how I can gain access to the hosted email accounts?
I do control the domain as it's registered to me and did verify by the uploaded script process.
Any assistance gratefully received!
