Issue 1

A client completed (2) form entries with in minutes of each other and only the 2nd entry was sent to writer merge.  The 2nd entry process was completed perfectly and was sent to zoho writer -> then to zoho sign as normal. The 1st entry never merged. 

Both entries were correctly updated in the crm.

I tried to send the completed form to Merge and Sign from with in zoho forms and got the following error
You have entered some invalid characters

Thoughts on how to correct? I have been using this process for at least 5 years and I have never had this issue. In fact, this process is one of my favorite zoho integrations! : )
