Form stuck at "please wait"
Ive traced my issue to the fact that when multiple checkboxes are selected that the form is getting stuck in "please wait" message when a user tries to submit. I have figured out that if you just check one box in each section, the form will submit fine. Can you please advise on how to resolve this? Ive shared the app for development in case you need access.
