Form submissions to CRM Contact?
If a CRM Contact fills out the same Form twice, perhaps one today and another next visit, is there a way to show the results of each Form in their CRM Contact page? Instead of having to go back to the Forms Report page and manually looking for each submitted Form, I'd like to go the respective CRM Contact and see the submissions there.
Example, it would be useful if you're psychologist and your client fills out a "How have you been feeling lately?" before each visit and you want the results summarized in their respective CRM Contact page so that they don't have to go back to the Forms Report module, find each submission, open, review, etc...
