Afternoon All,

We use a contact form on our website to gather basic contact details from leads, however once they are converted in to contacts we usually need to gather some more background information like full postal address, company name if appropriate, etc.

Is it possible to create an interactive form to gather the extra info from the Contact and then have a standard email when they are converted from being a Lead to Contact that provides a link to the form and passes over their contact details to identify them?

I've developed this sort of thing on bespoke websites in the past, but am just wondering if it is possible to do within the Zoho framework.
