I have created an email template which uses the DateTime field - here is the extract from the email.

I will be visiting you on ${Leads.1st Appointment Date & Time}.

Now of course this comes out correctly in the email as follows:-

I will be visiting you on 05/02/2014 01:00 AM.

However, theres the problem - I'm English and thats not how we would write that. We would write it as:-

I will be visiting you on Monday the 5th of February at 01:00 AM.

So ...

Here's the questions...

1. How do I extract the DAYOFWEEEK and DATE and MONTH from this  {Leads.1st Appointment Date & Time}  so that I can display it correctly in my email.

I see a lot of requests on this forum that are years old an STILL there is no resolve to them.

If Zoho tell me that "this is not in our feature set" then I will be migrating my CRM to another company who have actually thought about things and put them in. After all - with 10 Million Plus users and a 7 year history you would think they would have this one resolved!

if they haven't then in my view Zoho CRM isn't worth a light.
