How can I fix format for phone number input in ZOHO CRM (I need 71234567890)?
I integrated Asterisk in ZOHO CRM and when my manager is entering phone number in other format (for example 7-123-456-78-90) clients is not identify in ZOHO CRM. Because Asterisk identify this format "71234567890" only.
So, I see decision this problem in fix phone number input. Do you have any decisions if it's impossible?
