I uploaded two documents two days ago from Drop Box to Zoho Projects. Both are Word documents. Once uploaded, the formatting was altered. When I went back to look at the documents in Dropbox, they are perfectly fine. 

Do you know why a Word Document can loose it's formatting from Drop Box to Zoho Projects? What can contribute to this? How do I ensure this does not happen again?
