Both the header and footer have just an image in them, the header seems fine but I am having issues with the footer.

I set the footer up and save it, when I print/pdf export it the footer is riding up the page by several CM's making it look ugly. When I go back into the editor there are extra blank lines, I remove them and save again but the issue persists.

I have also changed the wrapping on the Image but when I go back in the wrapping has moved back to InLine.

Can anyone help?
