Please Help!

I cannot figure out how to format mailing labels.

I have a rollo thermal printer that does an awesome job printing mailing labels right out of word, but it would be nice to be able to get the labels to print right from zoho. It does not work with the 2 column layout that zoho creates. I figured it would be obvious to be able to choose your label size, number of rows, or even just an avery label number since that is so ubiquitous, but it jsut doent seem to be possible.

Any kind of export I've tried requires a lot of one by one re-formatting. 

Anyone know if editing the format of a label is possible?
