Forms recommendation please - Zoho CRM Webform vs Zoho Form vs Contact Form 7 vs Unbounce
We're just getting up and running with Zoho CRM.
Our initial aim is to setup and start monitoring our lead generation, in particualr PPC adwords from conversion through to paid work so we can monitor our ROI on individual keywords. After this we can slowly add on other CRM aspects into our business.
- Our current website 'Wordpress' forms are created using the free Contact Form 7 plugin (They look good and work well). Though won't natively talk to Zoho.
The Zoho CRM web forms - Dont look great and don't appear to be responsive in design. I thought they'd be better as we pay for Zoho CRM (just signed up today)
The sepearte Zoho app, 'Zoho Forms' - Seem to work well and can look good. Plus easily integrate with Zoho and add Google ad info. However the on going annual cost, seems at first glance a bit much for what might only ever be one simple contact form (*the free version of Zoho forms has the branding which we would not use.).
Contact Form 7 Integration - I've seen a 3rd party plugin on Code Canyon that looks to integrate Contact Form 7 Scripts with Zoho CRM. Though I'm not yet sure how complex the setup will be.
Zoho Forms, may be the best option and we just need to think of it as another cost to get our CRM setup and running.
OR alternatively , as we'd ideally also be able to monitor Bing Ad leads (as well as Google Ads), through the form.. which seems to only be easily achievable with Unbounce.. Perhaps we should just sign up to the much bigger added monthly cost of that instead of choosing Zoho Forms and being limited to only monitoring Google Ad Word ROI.
Or perhaps, I'm missing something and there is another option?
Any more experienced thoughts on this would be very hlepful.
