Formula Fields don't calculate?

Hi,

I am having an issue with formula fields.

I have a number of formula fields built into my potentials module. When my administrator account edits and saves a potential, the commissions calculate correctly.

Sales staff do not have viewing access to the commission fields. When their accounts edit and save the potential, the commissions do not calculate.

This is a problem, as the admin account currently needs to edit and save every potential in order for our commission fields to work correctly.

How can we enable formula field calculation for the non-admin accounts?
