I love Zoho in many respects. I completely modified the plain crm system to become a full featured language school management system. None of the school management systems I evaluated cut it, so I chose to go with Zoho and it has paid off for our school.
However, one feature in particular is lacking, which I feel would dramatically enhance Zoho's positioning in the market: the ability for a formula field to talk across modules.
Say I create a financial field "Total Charge" in the Inventory module. Then I create a series of "payments" in another module. Every time a payment is received, the field total Charge is deducted.
You get the picture. The idea is to have Zoho relate better across modules via formula fields.
Really need this.
