I am trying to make Zoho CRM fit a specific need for an internal project.

We want to be able to add a list of commissions that our accounts get when they sell one of our products.  I thought about using Price books and this seems to work well but I want to try and do two things to reduce the work for staff when entering new accounts.

1. The Price Book has no equivalent use in our framework but it cannot be removed so rather than just let the user put in any old name I would like the system to calculate a name or a number, I do not really care about the format as long as it is consistent.

2.  When I add a price book it would be good if a number of the fields defaulted to certain values, I cannot see a way to do this.
