I have a phone number field that has eleven digits. Overtime my customer are placing their number I want a formula field to display what phone network it is. There are two phone networks.

For example the number 0917-999-9090 will show Globe Network. Since all numbers starting in 0917 is Globe Network. And for the number starting in 0928 will show Smart Networkk
