Forum Post Notification does not work

Hi there,

we are using the forum in our project a lot. Since a few weeks the notification to email does not work although the members of the project are listed below the post in the "Notify This Post To" window.

This if course is very inconvenient we always have to browse through all the posts to see who has posted what.

Can you please tell me if I can fix that in the settings or if this is a general bug.
