Forum reports image size too large

I have created a forum using Zoho Business, and am trying to insert a jpg image into a post, which is 88 KB in size. Each time I try to insert the image I get a message saying:

The size of the attachment exceeds the permitted limit. Kindly contact the portal admin for further help!

I am not adding the image as an attachment, but simply clicking the Insert Image icon on the forum toolbar, so I don't think the attachment size settings should have an affect, but if it does, the settings for attachments are set to:

Max attachments per post: 5

Maximum size of each file: 100

Is there a setting that manages image size within the forum postings?

I would appreciate some guidance on this.
