Forward to BCC Dropbox

Dear Zoho Team,

We're finding that, especially when people start using Zoho, they often forget to use the BCC Dropbox option to copy an email to the relevant contact record. While it's possible to send some type of follow-up email and use the BCC Dropbox or copy the email into the notes, these are not ideal solutions. Have you explored a function to forward an email to Zoho using BCC Dropbox? I see others have asked about this as well.
