forwarding a batch of zoho emails to a new, non-zoho email address

forwarding a batch of zoho emails to a new, non-zoho email address

I want to forward old emails to another email address. Currently the new emails coming in are forwarded, but I want to forward about 100 or so of my older zoho emails to a gmail account. Any suggestions?
