Forwarding Email into Zoho Desk

The email in our zoho account is support@olivertraveltrailersservice.zohodesk.com but I have created a support email from our domain: support@olivertraveltrailers.com that I would like to provide to my customers and then set it up where every incoming email to that account auto forwards to the zoho email and creates a ticket.

When I send an email from within my domain to the support email it works perfectly but when I test it from my personal email it never shows up. Is there a setting in Zoho that could be causing this?

I have also set it up to forward the support email to my domain email and then create a rule to forward automatically to zoho but that doesn't work either. I can manually forward the tickets but if I am out of the office then they might sit there and no other agent can access or assist.
