Is there any reason why forwarding eMail icon is not available in ZOHO?

I was watching a youtube video by 1pageZen and in it there was an instruction how to forward all eMails from Zoho to gMil.  I want t do that because gMail have 15gb inbox size so I thought I can use them for my domain eMail.

I created a zoho account just for the same purpose.  There was no need for me to have an account on zoho unless it allowed me to forward domain eMails to gMail or outlook.com.

by the way I'm on a free contract with zoho like all other things;  I have free website on Google and I have free domain as well.
