Forwarding emails from CRM
Hi there
When viewing sent emails within a record, it only gives the option to reply or reply all. There is no functionality to forward a previous message to a client (together with attachments) and we are effectively having to re-create emails instead of forwarding them. The only option I can think of to work around this is to send every single client email from Zoho Mail (rather than using the 'Send Mail' quick link in the record) but surely this completely negates the use of the 'send mail' quick link?
Will there be any scope for forwarding emails from a CRM record in future? This seems like a basic functionality which is missing and we are finding it very frustrating.
