Free account is blocked from sending email? Or some error?

I have a free account that I set up recently with the intent to mostly read/write the emails thru my gmail personal account. I set up the relevant rules in Gmail. However I was getting an error and then noticed the Zoho account seems to be blocked from sending outgoing emails, and if I try to unblock it I get the following message:

Does this mean I cannot send emails from a free account, including forwarding the email (i.e. initiate from gmail)? I didn't see this limitation on the  plans and pricing page.
Please advise.
